'Photo Collage Maker', as the name suggests, is a 'digital scrapbooking and collage software' according to the producer.
Basically you can set a page size on which you can add photos, a background, cliparts, and with the help of a few effects, you can create a photo collage. I wasn't impressed by this program. Besides a few cliparts and some textures it's noting interesting.You can add text and shapes, frames and effects to your collage. You can save your work in five different image formats, among which JPEG and PNG.
You can try and use collage presets or page layouts. However, there are only a few of those in the library. I think that it needs more features and templates to choose from.
The user interface looks good and the work area is big but this is understandable if we think of the number of features. The wizard like interface, at least for the beginners, makes it more intuitive.
Pluses:
Drawbacks / flaws: Too few features.
In conclusion: I look for the next release to see some improvements. There is no WOW factor whatsoever to determine anyone to buy this product.
